Be sure you have the following information before filing for unemployment:


Social Security Number


Employment information for the past 18 months (including employer name and address, first and last day worked and gross earnings) Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and Employer Account Number (EAN) may speed up the processing of your claim.


Your address, phone number, date of birth


Non-Citizens Alien registration and the expiration date of your work authorization card (if applicable)


Driver's License or State ID
