Library cards are free to the residents of the Paw Paw School District. Residency can be confirmed by any of the following: a current Michigan Driver's License or ID card, car registration, telephone or utility bill, property deed, tax bill or receipt, or lease agreement.

If the applicant is under 16 years of age, the application for a library card must include the signature and proof of residency of the parent or legal guardian. The adult who signs the application accepts responsibility of overdue fines and all library materials which might be lost or damaged.

Paw Paw residents are eligible for reciprocal Kalamazoo Public Library, Portage District Library, Van Buren District Library and Lawton Public Library cards. There is a nonresident fee of $50 for those who live outside the Paw Paw School District.

New registrants are limited to two items on the day the new library card is issued. After those books are returned, the limit will be lifted and Paw Paw district residents may begin to request interlibrary loans.

Library cards are required upon every checkout. If you have lost your card and need a replacement, there is a $2.00 replacement fee.
