Read with Dogs!

Join us every other Tuesday all summer long!
The Paw Paw Veterinary Clinic will be here with
licensed therapy dogs to read with our patrons. Appointments last 20 minutes and reservations are required. Sign up at the circulation desk today!

 Family Pajama Storytime

Join us for stories, songs, and a craft.
Don't forget to wear your pajamas!

Thursday, August 13th: 6:30pm-7:30pm

 

Family Movie @ the Library

Come join us for some family fun at the library.
 Enjoy a free movie in our Program room.
Snacks will be provided. Movies are shown at
6:00pm on the third Tuesday of every month.

CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS


Mother Goose on the Loose

An early childhood literacy program for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. A short program of stories, rhymes, and active music play is followed by playtime.

Program is every Thursday at 10am.

 

Toddler Story Hour

Children accompanied by an adult caregiver are welcome to share in stories, songs, and rhymes at this story time. It is followed by a free play period.

Program is every Monday morning at 10:30am.

 

Preschool Story Hour

This program is for children who are ready to attend story time more independently. Stories, songs, and action rhymes are followed by a simple craft.

Program is every Monday afternoon at 1:00pm.

 

Lego Club for Elementary Children

Let your imagination take over! This freeplay with legos is offered to elementary-aged children. We provide legos but you may also bring your own. Donations of legos are always welcome. Snacks are provided. Program meets the last Thursday of every month 4:00pm - 5:00pm.

TEEN PROGRAMS


Pages 'N Pizza

Middle schoolers can join us for book sharing and pizza.

This monthly program meets the third Wednesday
of every month 2:45pm- 3:45pm.

Lego Club for Middle Schoolers

Middle schoolers can stretch their imagination too!

ANNUAL BOOK SALE


The Friends of the Paw Paw Library are planning to host the Community Used Book Sale previously sponsored by the AAUW and the Rotary Club. The sale will be in the Community Room. Please donate used books to the library before July 31st. We will need help with sorting, setting up, and selling. Spread the word among your friends. If you are interested in helping the Friends at the sale, please contact them at ppdlfriends@gmail.com. If you have a large book donation, please contact the library at 657-3800 to arrange a drop off.
